ForgeSpan Supply collects only the information needed to review RFQs, respond to inquiries, and communicate with business contacts.

Information We Collect

When you contact us or submit an RFQ, we may receive your name, company, business email, phone number, product details, quantity, delivery ZIP, in-hand date, logo files, reference images, and notes you choose to provide.

How We Use Information

We use this information to evaluate sourcing fit, prepare preliminary pricing, coordinate project communication, and respond to your request.

Sharing

Project information may be shared with manufacturing or logistics partners when needed to evaluate or quote a request. We do not sell contact information.

Data Retention

We retain RFQ and communication records for ordinary business reference unless you request deletion and we are not required to keep the information for legal, accounting, or operational reasons.
